This wispy, light bodied pink composed of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 20% Syrah is a paler pink than most Tourmaline gemstones that I have seen. Rather, it is a highly classic, Provençal rosé shade of peachy-pink that looks absolutely beautiful in its tear drop-shaped bottle. Looks alone are reason enough to buy this wine for #NationalWineDay (May 25th) or #NationalRoseDay (June 8th)! 

Happily the wine tastes great, too. It starts with a refreshing blast of pink grapefruit and strawberry hull. Vinous and dry, there's a nicely pithy grip on the mineral-driven finish. With that textural touch of tannin, this rosé wine is best suited for the table, where it easily can work with seasonal foods from spring through fall.
